Sue der Kinderen has more than 20 years of experience as an organisational health psychologist. As a coach, consultant, speaker, and trainer, she focuses on unlocking each employee’s “best self” for performance and well-being. Passionate about positive psychology, her PhD in eudaimonia examined meaning, purpose, personal growth, and social relationships at work as drivers of well-being. Her research offers insights into leadership and behaviours that promote workplace well-being. She has also designed and implemented effective workplace interventions. Sue enjoys exploring new trends and translating the latest scientific insights into organisational practices.
