Are you ready for two days of hands-on learning?
The workshop is designed for beginners with no or little prior programming experience. It is fully interactive, and participants will need to address programming problems hands-on throughout the two days.
The course is split into two full days:
- Day 1: Introduction to Python programming
On day one, we will start with the foundations of Python programming and then quickly use that knowledge to delve into basic data analysis.
- Day 2: Data analysis with Python
On day two, we will take it further and work with data and statistical analysis in Python. Together, the two days will provide a foundation for participants to further their programming skills independently.
Having completed the two days, participants can...
- independently perform basic Python programming
- process and organize data in Python
- perform basic statistical analysis with Python
- visualise results and export data, figures and tables.
