Admission and Registration

  • Admission

    This minor is offered in collaboration between the two Amsterdam universities, VU Amsterdam and the University of Amsterdam (UvA). These institutions have clustered their knowledge and expertise in the Amsterdam Centre for Ancient Studies and Archaeology (ACASA)

    Be aware: this minor continues in the second semester.

  • Registration

    This minor is offered by Amsterdam Centre for Ancient Studies and Archaeology (ACASA). VU Amsterdam and UvA work together within ACASA.

    Most courses of this minor are taught on the UvA campus in the city centre. Please register as an elective course student at the UvA via Studielink in order to take these UvA courses and to register for them in GLASS. Be sure to complete this in time. Registration for the courses starts mid June. The course Greece. Cradle of Civilization? has a maximum of 15 participants. 

    VU students: ​The courses Klassieke Mythen en Bijbelse verhalen and Ancient Christianity are taught at VU. You'll need to register for this courses via the registration module via VU.nl.

    Other students: The courses Klassieke Mythen en Bijbelse verhalen and Ancient Christianity are courses taught at VU. If you are not a student of VU Amsterdam please register at the VU as an elective course student in order to register for these courses.
