Admission and registration

  • Admission

    • This minor is NOT intended for students in Communication Science.
    • To enter this minor, you must have earned 90 credits, including 60 of the first year.
    • As a VU student, in some cases you have to ask permission from your own exam committee. If you are following a bachelor's programme at the Faculty of Social Sciences, it is not necessary to ask permission to take this minor.
    • If a certain course from the faculty minor is already part of your regular courses, you will not be able to (completely) follow this minor as courses cannot be counted twice. In that case, ask the Examination Board for permission to fill your elective space.
    • Wo-bachelor students of another university can enter this minor, depending on whether their own university grants permission.
    • This minor consists of 30 EC.
    • The minor is open to exchange and Semester in Amsterdam students.
