Organisational and Technological Innovation and Social Resilience

The Organisational and Technological Innovation and Social Resilience research group is led by Kees Boersma and Marjolein Hoogstraaten.

Organisational and Technological Innovation and Societal Resilience

The chair is a collaboration between Organisational Science (FSW) and Beta Science (FBW). Based at FSW, with the chair holder seconded part-time to FBW, this collaboration links social and beta sciences. The chair investigates how organisations can effectively use entrepreneurship and innovations to address societal challenges and transformations, with collaboration with various partners as key.

Chair holder: Prof Dr F.K. (Kees) Boersma, professor of organisational and technological innovation and societal resilience.

Managing partner research group: Dr Marjolein Hoogstraaten is an assistant professor of organisational and technological innovation
