Diversity Calendar

The Diversity Calendar is a yearly overview of important holidays during which not all VU students and employees may not be available to study of work on these days. The Diversity Calendar simplifies taking these days into accounts.

The Diversity Calendar is a visual overview of important cultural and religious holidays. On these days, not all VU students and employees may be at the university.

To simplify taking the various holidays into account, the Diversity Calendar has been set up: a clear overview to keep in mind when planning something, like an exam or deadline, meeting or outing, or workshop or training.

Would you like support or advice to accommodate these students and employees? Contact the Diversity Office and we will gladly help out.

Add the 'Concise Calendar of Cultural and Religious Holidays' to your Outlook calendar
To add the concise calendar to your Outlook calendar, follow these steps:
1. Download the concise calendar.
2. Open the file. A pop-up may appear. Click 'Open as a new calendar'
The concise calendar is now visible in your Outlook and Teams.
Download the 'Concise Calendar of Cultural and Religious Holidays' as a Word file
You can also choose to download the concise calendar as a Word file. By doing so, you can easily share it with others and print hard copies.
View the 'Concise Calendar of Cultural and Religious Holidays' in your browser.
Lastly, you can open the concise calendar in your browser.
I prefer having the comprehensive overview of cultural and religious holidays.
