- Religious Sources: uses classical and modern (digital) approaches to study how religious how religious sources have been created, transformed and interpreted within religious communities are interpreted;
- Religious History and Heritage: Examines the historically occurring transformation of religious traditions and communities, the ideas living within them and their surrounding culture;
- Religious Beliefs and Ethics: Concentrates on a systematic and critical thinking through of religious faith learning and examines its influence on positions within societies;
- Lived Religion and Society: studies contemporary religious and spiritual rituals and practices and their role in faith communities and society.
