The Abraham Kuyper Center engages in two main activities: (1) academic research into the relations between science and the big questions and (2) organization of public lectures, discussions, and seminars for a broader audience about these themes. At the Amsterdam Gesture Center, based at VU Amsterdam, we study the interplay of audible and visible bodily actions in communicative settings. The HDC Centre for Religious History within FSG is affiliated with the HDC|Protestant Heritage collection within the UBVU. This collection (formerly: Historical Documentation Centre for the History of Dutch Protestantism after 1800) includes archives of many individuals and institutions from the Protestant Christian world of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. - Language and Hearing Center Amsterdam – LHCA
