From October 5 through 10, the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam will be celebrating Accessibility Week.
Accessibility means more than just removing physical and digital barriers; it’s also about mutual understanding and inclusion. VU Amsterdam wants everyone to feel welcome, regardless of their background or circumstances. During Accessibility Week, we’re organizing various events as part of the multi-year program “Studying with a Disability.” The goal is to support both students and staff in finding their way at the VU and to make the VU more accessible for everyone!
This year’s central theme is care. That theme will definitely be featured in our program!
Questions? We’ll be at our information desk at Spot B every day.
Would you like to sign up for a workshop or activity? Let us know here. We’d appreciate it if you could register in advance, but you’re always welcome to drop by spontaneously.
