Study areas

Last updated on 18 November 2024
The VU Campus offers different types of study areas, where you can study alone or with other students. Check PLEQ for the most up-to-date information.

For each university building PLEQ shows which areas are available for studying. For some rooms - like those in the University Library - it is indicated how busy they are.

Types of study places
On campus, you can study in silent rooms, project group rooms and study areas in the public spaces. There are also computer spots available. You could even study in classrooms when there are no lectures or other (teaching) activities taking place. You can find out whether education is planned via the timetable website. Some of the computer spaces are also used for teaching.
