Together we work on a future-proof organisation. We prefer to do this by working pleasantly and constructively together on our plans and responding flexibly to changes. In many teams, there appears to be room for improvement. The VUture working group on behaviour and skills has therefore developed the workshop series TeamUp.
In three sessions, the workshop addresses a team's need for improvement and makes the principles of Art of Engagement practically applicable for better team cooperation and effectiveness.
