Tasks of the office manager are:
- Administrative and practical matters
- Reservations of meeting rooms, symposia and business trips
- Renewing and/or adjusting access passes (VU card)
- Hora Finita registration for PhD students
- Event planning, such as sending out invitations, planning the location, catering and everything else that comes with it
- Starting up the vacancy process and supporting new colleagues.
- Supporting the management team
They also support AIMMS with work on communications.
Nadine does this role together with Lyan Kas, the other office manager.
