Dr Lopes Cardozo and dr Wessels opened the VU Education Day 2025 with a thought provoking and creative plenary session. They took the audience along an exploratory journey on what it might mean to radically re-imagine our education systems in today’s world, and what this means for us as educators.
Tapping into cutting edge insights from the Living Systems theory, we explored how our education can meaningfully participate in an interconnected, co-evolving world. Imagine we allow such words to transform the university. What would it liberate inside ourselves, in how we work together, how we teach, how we engage with society and the natural world?
