As a manager, I fulfill a crucial role as a liaison between our department and the faculty, as well as with other departments. However, the majority of my work is focused on supporting our staff.
Strategic management in HR and Finance play a central role within my responsibilities. I am responsible for budgeting and its implementation. I strive to maintain the satisfaction and happiness of our employees through targeted HR activities. A clear and distinct profiling of our department is of great importance, and I am dedicated to engaging in various internal and external communication activities to achieve this.
I serve as a valuable sparring partner for the department head, providing strategic advice and support. Being a member of the MT and participating in the HLO+ afford me the opportunity to exert influence on decisions and developments within our department.
