As a manager, I play a central role as a liaison between our department and the faculty, as well as with other departments within the organization. While my position encompasses a range of responsibilities, the majority of my work is focused on supporting and facilitating our staff.
Strategic management in the areas of Human Resources and Finance is a key component of my role. I am responsible for preparing and overseeing the department’s budget, as well as ensuring its effective implementation. In parallel, I strive to foster employee satisfaction and well-being by initiating and executing targeted HR activities.
A clear and professional positioning of our department—both internally and externally—is of great importance. Therefore, I actively contribute to communication and outreach efforts that enhance the visibility and recognizability of our work.
In addition, I serve as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to the department head, offering guidance and support on policy and organizational matters. My position as a member of both the management team and the HLO+ enables me to contribute to policy development and decision-making within the department, thereby helping to shape its direction and ongoing development.
