Closure & reporting

Project reporting

Project reporting consists of several parts:

1. The financial reporting

2. Reporting on the project implementation

3. Deliverables

Depending on the funding source the reporting requirements can differ.

The financial reporting will be done by project control. Please make sure to contact project control in good time.

With respect to the reporting on the project implementation and the deliverables, the project leader takes the lead.

Most funding sources have templates available and offer guidelines to make the reporting process as straightforward as possible. In some cases you can contact the project manager to support you.
