We are pleased to invite you to register for the upcoming Aurora Symposium 2026, which will take place on 27–29 May, 2026.
The event will bring together educators, researchers, students, and professionals interested in this theme from across the Aurora network and beyond to share insights, best practices, and innovative ideas that contribute to fostering global citizenship in higher education and society.
The event will kick off with a special opening introduction (27 May, 13:00-15:00) from Prof. Robert Bringle (Professor Emeritus, Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis, USA).
How to register
Participants from Aurora institutions (including all staff and students at VU Amsterdam):
- Participation is free of charge. Please remember to contact your local Institutional Coordinator first.
- Register before 30 April 2026 using this form.
Participants from non-Aurora institutions:
- If your abstract has been selected, a registration fee will be required.
- Students (including PhD candidates): €200
- Academics: €300
- Professionals (including representatives of NGOs and communities): €300
- Register and pay before 30 April using this form.
