During the Wellbeing Week, VU Amsterdam offers an inspiring programme full of workshops and activities that put your wellbeing first.
New this year is the Mood Booster Square, open from Monday 10 to Wednesday 12 November. Drop by anytime for short creative breaks like bracelet making, mini drawing sessions, or games in a phone-free zone. Perfect for a real digital detox. You can take fitness tests, get time management tips, or talk with study advisors.
All activities are free of charge, for students only, and take place on the VU campus.
