During the week of 10-14 November, VU is dedicated to the themes of wellbeing and resilience. Developing your resilience will make you stronger and better able to cope with life's challenges. Whether you want to work on your physical or mental health, work on your personal development, are looking to connect with other students or just spend an afternoon being creative, during Wellbeing Week you can take part in a variety of activities to Pause. Breathe. Connect.
Some highlights:
- Moodbooster Square: No time for a workshop? Then drop by Moodbooster Square at the main entrance of the main building on 10, 11 or 12 November between 11 .00 and 15.00. Contribute to a gigantic VU artwork, relax in the No Phone Zone, take a fitness test or get lifestyle tips from the Academic Advisors or Arkin Prevention. The Van Gogh Museum will also be present to gather input for the Open up with Vincent exhibition. Will we see you there?
- All week, you can drop by for a chair massage or go to the walk-in hour of the physiotherapist (only free during the Wellbeing Week!)
- If you want to meet new students in a fun way, come along Friendshipping from NEWConnective and get to know all kinds of students during their classic friendship speed dating.
- Do you sometimes lose your way? Tom Kik, choice coach, will help you get back on track. Think about what is important to you. What are your talents and how do you best use them? Come along to the workshops "Find your direction" or "Know your talent", and learn how to get the best out of yourself.
- The associations will also contribute to Wellbeing Week with various workshops such as: Sip & Paint by FAM, Ladies Eve by ISA, or Future Proof: Building Career Resilience by MAA.
- Just need an afternoon to clear your head in a creative way? Join us for a drawing or arts & crafts workshop.
