This year’s Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Copenhagen highlighted the rich scholarly contributions of the KIN Center for Digital Innovation. KIN scholars and collaborators were deeply engaged in conversations on digital transformation, AI-human work dynamics, open innovation, gig platforms, hybrid work and other topics.
From keynotes and research papers presentations to behind-the-scenes organizing, the KIN presence was both impressive and personal. The contributions came in many forms:
- Leading workshops and organizing symposia across divisions
- Presenting research papers and delivering keynotes
- Serving as moderators, panelists, and discussants.
Whether on stage or moderating discussions, KIN community members brought authentic energy and critical perspectives to every corner of the conference. Throughout the week, KIN researchers engaged with global colleagues—reflecting on the interplay of innovation and policy, and sharing a mission to understand and transform the future of digital innovation in organizations.
