After many talks with legal practitioners – whether in law firms, companies, or governmental agencies – it became clear that a vast majority of them were already using ChatGPT or similar tools. That got Thibault Schrepel, associate professor of law at VU Amsterdam thinking. “If AI is becoming part of the legal world, my students need to be ready for it.” How do we prepare our students for this reality?
