The 4th European Symposium on Chemical Bonding (CBOND2024) will take place this year at the Vrije University Amsterdam from September 24 to 27, 2024.
The event starts on Monday, September 23, with a symposium for young researchers. Pascal Vermeeren, one of the organizers, has also been interviewed for the 'Meet the Scientist' series.
Pascal Vermeeren, Assistant Professor of Theoretical Chemistry at VU, researches chemical bonding and sustainability, focusing on green hydrogen production. In addition to his scientific work, he is also an fanatic soccer player and likes horror movies.
