This training motivates you to think about the next step in your career.
The training helps you gain insight into your competencies (your transferable skills) and ambitions. You’ll work on developing a realistic action plan for entering the job market and receive practical tools for networking with potential employers.
Target audience and registration
PhDs at the end of the third or the beginning of the fourth year and postdocs in the end stage of their doctoral programme can participate in this training. You can register via the Learning Management System (LMS).
