The training helps you gain insight into your competencies (your transferable ski lls) and ambitions. You’ll work on developing a realistic action pl an for entering the job market and receive practical tools for networ king with potential employers. 

Target audience and regis tration

PhDs at the end of the third or the beginning of the f ourth year and postdocs in the end stage of their doctoral programme can participate in this training. You can register via the Learning Management System (LMS).  ;
