The Wisdom Gap: When Experience Meets AI 10 June 2026 15:00 - 17:30

Share
Your most experienced workforce and your newest technology need each other.  This Round Table explores what it takes to make that work.

Join us for an exclusive, live Round Table where executive senior managers and experienced HR leaders come together for an honest and solutions-focused dialogue around

The Leadership Dilemma

AI is rapidly reshaping how organisations operate. And while the conversation often focuses on technology readiness, new skills, and adaptive mindsets, a quieter challenge is emerging alongside it.

As the active workforce ages,   experienced professionals aged 55+ — those with deep institutional knowledge, strong networks, and decades of industry expertise — become the people whose insight AI systems most depend on. Yet they are frequently the least supported in adapting to them. When this group disengages, loses motivation, or leaves earlier than planned, organisations lose far more than headcount.

Organisations are navigating two significant shifts at once: How do you accelerate meaningful AI adoption, while sustaining the vitality and contribution of the professionals who make it possible?

This is the question this Round Table is designed to explore:

  • How AI adoption unfolds across different roles and later career stages
  • The role of experience and judgement in effective AI use
  • How to sustain motivation, learning, and contribution over time
  • Practical approaches organisations are experimenting with

Who Should Attend

Senior Executives, HR and Organizational Development professionals, and other leaders involved in digital transformation.

What you will gain

In many organisations, those driving AI implementation rarely sit at the same table as those responsible for employee wellbeing, engagement, and long-term career sustainability. This format intentionally brings these perspectives together — not to present final answers, but to create the kind of informed, cross-disciplinary dialogue that leads to better decisions. You will leave with:

  • Clarity on the intersection of workforce dynamics and AI transformation
  • Exchange experiences with peers from diverse industries
  • Concrete ideas, new insights, and valuable peer connections
  • Practical framework for integrating people experience and AI digitalization
