Each workshop focuses on one theme, but each time it also becomes clear: you cannot separate them. For instance, relaxation affects your eating behaviour, nutrition has an impact on your energy level and exercise helps with stress regulation. It is precisely the balance and coherence between these pillars that determines how vital you feel.
