Being healthy is more than not being sick. It is about having energy, feeling good in your skin and coping resiliently with everyday challenges.

In this three-part workshop series, you will discover how relaxation, nutrition and exercise - each from its own angle - together form the basis for a healthy lifestyle and the prevention of disease.

Each workshop focuses on one theme, but each time it also becomes clear: you cannot separate them. For instance, relaxation affects your eating behaviour, nutrition has an impact on your energy level and exercise helps with stress regulation. It is precisely the balance and coherence between these pillars that determines how vital you feel.

Take control of your health: this series of workshops lets you experience that vitality is not a coincidence, but the result of conscious choices - in relaxation, nutrition and exercise.
