Before each session, you’re welcome to join us for dinner. Starting at 6:00 p.m., we’ll serve a simple, delicious vegetarian meal. You can attend a single session or both evenings as a complete series.
Even when everything is 'fine',there can be a subtle dissatisfaction underneath it all. Like you’re on a treadmill: constantly moving, but not really getting anywhere. Avoiding discomfort, chasing small pleasures…
yet something still feels missing.
This session invites you to explore a different perspective.
This is the first session of a 2-part series, each evening inspired by a different book on mindfulness.
We begin with Mindfulness in Plain English by Bhante Gunaratana. You don't need to read the book to participate. Everything will be guided and explained in a simple, practical way.
The evening includes:
• An introduction
• A guided meditation (beginner-friendly)
• Optional reflection and sharing
• Space to journal or connect with others around food
This is not about fixing anything,
It’s about experiencing what’s already here in a different way.
