We begin with a soft arrival and a welcome circle, where we meet each other, connect to the Living Circle project, and set personal intentions for the experience.
From there, we move into a gentle breathwork session, guiding attention inward to notice sensations, rhythms, and the subtle ways breath moves through the body. This is an invitation to observe, feel, and deepen your relationship with conscious breathing at your own pace.
Following this, an art expression session offers space to translate your experience into form. We close with a sharing circle and food, creating space to reflect, connect, and integrate the experience together.
