At FSS, several meeting rooms can be reserved:
- General meeting room, 12 people - 2A-59
Can be booked via the outlook calendar by making a request to the board secretariat. You do this by adding the name of the meeting room (FSW Vergaderzaal HG 2A59) to an appointment with the invitees - Meeting room without computer, 3 people - 2A-52, 2A-54 and 2A-56
Can be used freely for a consultation and do not need to be reserved - Meeting room with computer, 3 people - 2A-58, 2A-60 and 2A-62
Can be reserved via the executive secretariat - Other FSW meeting rooms: 2A-68, 7 people, at Sociology / 2E-64M, 5 people, at Political Science and Public Administration / 3E-13, 7 people and 3E-21M, 5 people, at Communication Science
Can be reserved at the relevant departmental secretariat
Please note: for staff and visitors, the lifts do not stop on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Main Building. If necessary, it is possible to borrow a lift pass from one of the secretariats.
