Lecturers need to enter final results within the deadline of 10 working days.
The examiner determines the result of a final test within 10 working days, see OER (article 3.4). This applies to both the first opportunity and the resit. For subjects with an examination date, the starting moment of counting is clear; for subjects with a conclusion other than an examination in an examination room, the counting starts from the last day in the (re)examination week.
Procedure
One week afther the examination week the Education Office sends a reminder to all examiners. Should a examiner foresee that he/she will not meet the deadline, he/she can ask the Programme director or programme coordinator to submit a request for extension, accompanied by statement of reasons, using this form.
In view of the importance of punctual result registration, the Education Office monitors the registration of grades and the corresponding reporting on behalf of the Faculty Board.
If a course is concluded with written work (such as assignments, papers, reports, reviews), the same annual calendar applies as for written examinations: the first opportunity is in the final week of the period and the resit in the resits week of the period in question. At SSC we observe these periods; lecturers cannot themselves determine alternative submission times.

The period of validity of the final marks is determined in the Academic and Examination Regulations of each programme.
