The HR team advises and supports the board and faculty managers in the area of HR policy. The HR advisers provide support and advice on matters including:
- recruitment and selection
- annual appraisals
- employee career and development
- remuneration issues
- terms of employment
- personnel regulations
- personnel and organisational issues in a broad sense
They also advise and mediate in individual matters.
