VU Service Scan 2019

In April 2019, the VU Amsterdam Service Scan took place for the fourth time. The Service Scan is the customer satisfaction survey focuses on experiences with university services.

Like any satisfaction survey, the 2019 Service Scan shows VU Amsterdam where services are going well and what could be improved. A full report and a shorter public version have been drawn up of the results; in the public version you can easily and quickly see how students and staff rate the services of VU Amsterdam.
