Project management
Please be informed:
- All grants have project management budget, although sometimes less explicit, f.e. other personnel costs
- Complicated projects require proper project management
- It will never negatively impact your chances; rather the opposite!
A project manager can support in all the phases of a research project. The earlier you contact one the higher the added value. For more detail see an extensive, but not-exhaustive, overview of tasks per phase in the document on the right. There you can also find some tools that can help you with your project.
