Feel free to approach a host if you have any questions. Hosts are available during the building’s normal opening hours. Outside of these hours, their responsibilities may be assumed by a security guard if necessary. The hosts are only present in the main entrance area (public area). You are responsible for the reception of your visitors once they reach your own department or office. The hosts use a reception facility which has the following functionality:
- Reception and information desk and directions
- Service desk for reporting incidents, theft and missing persons
- Lost property reception
- Issuing guest cards, lift passes and keys
