National Alumni Survey / VU Alumni Monitor

The VU participates in the National Alumni Survey (formerly WO Monitor), which asks alumni of master's programs about their findings on the program they attended and entering and their position in the labor market, approximately 1 year after graduation.

VU adds to the national questionnaire some questions related to alumni policy and information from the program.

NAE 2025

The most recent survey is the National Alumni Survey 2025 (NAE 2025). The NAE 2025 covers alumni who graduated in 2023-24.

The NAE results can be accessed as follows:

Login information for the online report is available from your faculty member's KIK (Internal Quality Assurance Sounding Board) staff member. Results can be downloaded as Word, Excel or pdf documents.

VU Alumni Monitor

Besides the NAE, the VU (Alumni Relations) conducts another survey among its alumni, namely the VU Alumni Monitor. In this, alumni are approached 6 and 11 years after graduation (as opposed to 1 year with NAE). Some of the questions are similar to the NAE questions, but the VU Alumni Monitor focuses on career patterns (as opposed to entering the labor market at NAE), social involvement and the relationship between alumnus and VU.
