In a program spread over 6 months, with trainers and guest speakers from inside and outside VU, you will develop insights and tools to strengthen your personal effectiveness in everyday work situations and increase your self-direction in your own career.
The program consists of 6 program days with master classes and peer and individual coaching.

- Day 1 and 2: New leadership at VU (art of engagement, inclusive leadership)
- Individual coaching
- Day 3 and 4: Communication, influence and team building
- Individual coaching
- Day 5 and 6: Vitality and stress, Team Science and contributing to the bigger picture (recognizing & rewards, VU research strategy, art of engagement)
