Duration of training  
The duration of this training is 2 years, meetings are ten times a year (approx. once a month).

Dates and time meetings 

Two groups start per year, a Dutch taught group in autumn and an English taught group in spring.

The meetings will take place on Tuesdays on the following dates:

  • 11 February 2025
  • 11 March 2025
  • 8 April 2025
  • 13 May 2025
  • 17 June 2025
  • 1 July 2025
  • 9 September 2025
  • 7 October 2025
  • 4 November 2025
  • 2 December 2025

Costs (2024/2025)
Only VU employees with teaching duties can participate in the BKO. Most of the programme cost is covered through internal quality funds. However, VU candidates must obtain approval from their supervisor or manager to enrol in the course. An administration fee of €85 per candidate will be charged, to be paid by the faculty.
