With NEXT, you take your design skills to an even higher level. You learn to translate your (improvement) ideas into practical (teaching) material and discover how to involve your colleagues in this in a pleasant way. In three meetings, you will successfully translate your design plans into practice.
What will you learn?
- You translate your self-written improvement suggestions into teaching materials that you and your colleagues can use immediately.
- You design a short exchange moment for your colleagues so that everyone in your practice can benefit from your educational improvements.
