- Understand how interventions in one area often mean unintended problems in other areas or later and how to avoid that problem;
- Understand the importance of the different delays in a project;
- Understand the power of co-creation with all the participants in the project and learn co-creation frameworks to improve performance;
- Design integrated strategies to improve performance; Develop the ability to think systemically, dynamically and responsibly in the decision-making process.

Assessment and Completion
This programme does not include formal grading. Participants receive a certificate of completion based on active participation and engagement in simulation exercises and discussions.
