In this highly interactive program, we alternate theory with practicing together. You explore (your own) cases and try out new interventions. You help each other, so that you are also enriched by the cases of the other participants. We use creative work forms, role plays and constellations, tailored to the group and the moment.
You learn to recognize and understand the characteristics of complex social systems. You will become aware of recurring patterns in the system (your immediate work environment), the importance of system history, and the power of embedding the system in the bigger picture. We will consider the effect of these elements and how to act on them appropriately.
