Change Management is a profession, as is organisational development. Companies and institutions need the related knowledge, expertise and skills. This Master in Change Management at the Vrije Universiteit focuses on practitioners who want to develop professionally at an academic level.
The key element is the combination of the most important scientific knowledge and insights, evidence, reflection and practical experience, own cases and development questions and current themes such as digitalisation and the energy transition.
