Learn how to manage AI in your organization

The course consists of ten sessions of which the first eight will take place online. For the final two sessions, all participants will meet in person in Amsterdam.

Why this Course is Unique

This course:

  • goes beyond the hype of AI technologies by using a practice view that sheds light on how AI is actually developed, implemented, and used in organizations
  • offers a critical and reflective discourse on AI
  • builds on the assumption that responsible management of AI is not a checklist but requires blurring boundaries between development, implementation, and use
  • involves many activities that aim to tackle practical challenges and questions that participants have encountered based on their own (organizational) experiences
  • provides the opportunity to collectively learn, think, analyze, and create

This course does not provide:

  • a training in specific AI tools
  • a training in specific data science skills
  • a formal diploma (but we offer a certificate with successful course completion)
  • a management strategy program that aims to design a concrete business model, maximize profit and efficiency, or optimize processes
