Mastering Boardroom Dynamics

Leadership and Governance Excellence

Each module integrates academic expertise with practical insight, creating a powerful learning journey that challenges how you think, lead, and contribute in the boardroom. The programme is structured around seven modules, each designed to tackle the most critical challenges boards face.

What you will gain from this programme

  • Master boardroom dynamics: understand how psychology, power, and culture shape collective decisions under pressure.
  • Lead with influence: navigate conflict, foster trust, and create the conditions for constructive challenge and collaboration.
  • Strengthen personal authority: develop presence, judgment, and credibility to lead confidently at board level.
  • Create strategic impact: move from functional oversight to purpose-driven governance that delivers long-term enterprise value.
  • Define your legacy: articulate a clear personal leadership commitment that anchors your impact beyond the boardroom.

Assessment

No formal exams. Assessment is based on peer feedback, reflection assignments, and facilitator input, ensuring continuous learning and personal growth throughout the programme.
