Science-Based Training for Modern Leaders

The New Psychology of Leadership

The New Psychology of Leadership is a Training Programme for Professionals, offered by the Amsterdam Leadership Lab at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

The training enhances leadership skills and knowledge based on the latest scientific insights. This unique, evidence-based programme is grounded in principles from social, organisational, and evolutionary psychology. In this training, you will a) gain insights into principles of effective leadership, b) understand how to co-create solutions for diversity & inclusion, and c) find out how to navigate organizational power dynamics. The training is taught as three full-day workshops, delivered by psychology experts at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

  2. Discover how to adapt your leadership style to the situation.
