Prof. dr. Klarita Gërxhani
Klarita Gërxhani is Professor of Socio-Economics at the School of Business and Economics (SBE) of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU). She conducts innovative research at the intersection of economics and sociology, focusing on institutions, social status, and the mechanisms behind gender bias and inequality in the labour market.

Dr. Katharina Brütt
Katharina Brütt is a behavioural economist and Assistant Professor at the SBE of VU. Her research employs experimental techniques to study how biased perceptions are formed and how they can impact strategic interactions in the workplace and beyond.

Dr. Florian Heine
Florian Heine is an Assistant Professor at the SBE of VU. His interests lie in the fields of experimental economics, behavioural economics and public management, investigating how institutions influence the decision to cooperate or to compete in uncertain environments.
