Curriculum EDGE

  • Module 1: EXPLORE

Focus: Leadership psychology, identity, and data-driven self-understanding

You start by understanding where you are now. Using frameworks from transition psychology and adult development, you explore what shapes identity, motivation, and confidence. Hogan assessments anchor your reflection in leadership data, revealing patterns, strengths, and risks.

    You will:

    • Identify internal narratives and behavioural patterns shaping your leadership today
    • Interpret your Hogan profile to clarify strengths, derailers, and development themes
    • Apply the Career-Edge model to map values, breadth, depth, and growth opportunities
    • Build the foundation for intentional reinvention in upcoming modules

Outcome: A data-grounded leadership profile and clear personal hypothesis for growth

  • Module 2: DESIGN

Focus: Job crafting, confidence, stakeholder strategy, and network activation

Move from insight to deliberate design. Through job-crafting and career-design methods, you reshape your current or future role around what matters: tasks, relationships, and purpose. Rebuild confidence, identify support networks, and convert energy into strategic action.

    You will:

    • Rebuild leadership confidence grounded in authenticity
    • Redefine meaningful work through job-crafting experiments
    • Map and activate your stakeholder ecosystem
    • Conduct a dormant-ties audit and design re-engagement strategies
    • Integrate learning into a personal “Reinvention Dashboard”

Outcome: Tested prototypes and relational strategies for your next chapter

  • Module 3: GROW & EMERGE

Focus: Visibility, voice, influence, and identity integration

Translate inner clarity into external presence. Express your leadership identity through authentic communication and embodied influence. Creative brand-building, movement-based insight, and peer reflection help you make growth visible and credible.

    You will:

    • Develop a values-based leadership brand portfolio
    • Practice charisma and presence techniques for credibility and connection
    • Explore non-verbal influence via movement-based exercises
    • Receive peer and coach feedback on your “leadership signature”
    • Synthesize a complete EDGE Blueprint and commit to next-step actions

Outcome: A confident, visible, values-aligned leader ready to lead the next chapter
