Change Management: designing & intervening in complex situations

Change Management Module 2: Interventionist Programme (‘Professional’)

In the Change Management module Interventionist Programme, students learn to design and intervene in complex situations of change in a focused way.

In this module, we work on the action repertoire that is necessary to function independently and successfully as a professional and to intervene in complex situations of change.

The focus is on the change management professional who is looking for more in-depth knowledge on the design and deployment of change management interventions. The aim is to examine one's own repertoire, to deepen it and to expand it with insights from intervention studies.

This Change Management module is completely taught in Dutch, for more information on this education please consult our Dutch website.

This module is part of the Master in Change Management

All modules can be followed separately
