Powerful change with action research

Action Research for Change Agents

Organisations are faced with complex change challenges, both internally and in relation to customers and citizens. Approaches are chosen and implemented as well as possible but do not always deliver the desired result. How to solve this?

You taste the dilemma of "taking action with yet another approach" or "taking time to reflect and analyse". There is a third option, namely combining action and research, but how do you do that effectively? The programme offers new and surprising introductions to the theory and practice of action research.

This programme is completely taught in Dutch, for more information on this education please consult our Dutch website.
