Upon enrollment in the postgraduate education program Managing AI at the School of Business and Economics of Vrije Universiteit, the following terms apply.
a. Tuition fees, examination fees, and other applicable fees are determined annually per program.
b. Signing the 'Registration form Managing AI' constitutes an obligation to pay the tuition fee. The participant remains personally responsible for ensuring payment.
c. Enrollment may only be cancelled in writing.
- If the cancellation is received before 1 July, only a €150 administration fee will be charged.
- If the cancellation is received on or after 1 July but before 1 October, 10% of the tuition fee will be due.
- If the cancellation is received on or after 1 October but no later than 31 December of the relevant academic year, 50% of the tuition fee will be due. Where applicable, half of the tuition fee already paid will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is received after 31 December of the relevant academic year, no refund will be granted.
d. Diplomas and/or certificates will not be issued until all financial obligations have been fulfilled.
e. This program is subject to a minimum number of enrollments. In the unlikely event that this minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the program. Enrolled participants will be informed as soon as possible and will be offered alternative options or a full refund.
f. If deviations from these terms and conditions are made, administration fees may be charged.
g. If the participants require to split the invoice in two parts, an administration fee of €35 will be charged. The participants will pay 50% before 1 December, and 50% of the invoice before 1 February.
