Trynke Hoekstra, MBA Class of 2024

Assistant Professor at Faculty of Science, Methodology and Applied Biostatistics, VU Amsterdam

“In my group I was the only one with an academic background. The ten others were all corporate. When we see each other on a course day, we first discuss developments in everyone's field. So, you are constantly very aware of the developments of others. We are all in the same age range. After that, the focus shifts to the content of the course and then the lecture starts as it does at university, only with much more interaction. The discussions involve sharing of diverse perspectives from many other companies.”
