Learn about Anabaptist Theology in a modern world

Are you interested in studying rare primary sources pertaining to the history of Anabaptism in the Netherlands? Would you like to explore contemporary issues in peace and conflict studies?

Sign up for the minor in Anabaptist Theology and History.

Admission and registration

  • Admission

    • This minor is open to BA-level students of all majors. Some basic familiarity with religion, religious history, and/or theology/ethics is recommended.
    • Students must be able to read and speak English, and must, for the course “Dutch Anabaptism,” be able to read source texts in one of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish (others may be admitted after consultation)
  • Registration

    Check the registration procedure for minors.

    You need to register for the courses you want to take. You can do this in the registration module on VU.nl. Take a look at the schedule for the course codes and pay attention to the registration deadlines.
